No-Name Offshore Mastercard for Liberty Reserve, Anonymous wires, Western Union/Moneygrams
We are proud to offer this Offshore Mastercard with No name printed on, and no name or information on the magnetic strip, just the card number for ATM withdrawals, POS purchases (up to $1500 per day) as well as Internet purchases (up to $1,000 per day) as this is a fully working Mastercard that is attached to an offshore wire account for the card. This card can be used to load Liberty reserve and receive 3rd party wires and western unions anonymously.
The Card is in USD and is issued by a real, fully licensed offshore bank from an Caribbean country. Note: we will not release the name of this bank or card under any circumstances for the enhanced security and privacy of the card so please don't ask.
As this card can be used online, these cards can be used without restrictions for online gaming regardless of the clients home country.

Cards can be loaded by:
- Liberty Reserves 5% plus $3 (minimum $50 fee), $500 minimum load*
- International Bank Wire 1.85% plus $3.00 min fee to Hungary or Belize.
- ACH from Panama bank $2.00 + 2.0% (€25 min fee)
- Western Union, Money Gram (7.5%) $100 minimum fee

Fees:
- ATM Withdrawal varies per bank ATM
- Currency exchange fee of 3% for non-USD machines which is standard for debit cards

- Monthly maintence fee $4.95

- One time activation fee $4.50 or deactivation fee if lost
The best loading method is bank wire to your card account which takes 1 business days to load the FIRST after funds are received. Western Union/Moneygram load time is 1-2 business days for the intial loading and 1-2 business days afterwards. Load limit is $2000 a day, up to $20,000 a month.
Important notification: This card must maintain a minimum balance of $20 at all times or the card and account will be closed and cannot be reopened. $100 USD will be preloaded on your card so it can be activated immediately upon receipt. A replacement card is €75 plus courier of $50.
Fees:
- 429 Eur plus courier of 50 - 75 Eur includes $100 preloaded on the card.
- The card takes 5-7 days to receive via International courier.

Please note this card CANNOT be loaded with any US ACH source as it is an Offshore credit card. Pursuant to "KYC" or "know your client" policies we require a Passport scan and utility bill scan. Card is shipped to the address on the provided utility bill directly from the card issuer.
Payment by Bank wire (no fee), Liberty Reserve (plus 3%), or western union (plus 6.5%).

Additional cards ordered at the same time are available for 399 Euro with a maximum of 2 cards per client. Additional passport/ID and utility bill (can be same address) must be provide for each card.

Optional Nominee Card Service for the card is available for 499 Euro meaning we use a professional directors name on the card and his utility bill. Client only provides ID scan to us.
